This garden was designed as a tranquil retreat for the client — a place where wildlife is welcomed and soft, romantic planting creates a sense of immersion. Scented roses, gentle colour harmonies, and the soothing sound of moving water engage all the senses, while edibles are woven through the ornamental planting to offer both beauty and productivity.
 

It was equally important for the space to appeal to their grandchildren. A key element of the brief was to incorporate a trampoline discreetly and safely, softening its presence within the garden, while still providing an open lawn for play. The lawn will be enriched with wildflowers, creating a seasonal display that also offers valuable forage for pollinators.
